• HOMETOWN: Durham, NC
• COLLEGE/MAJOR: North Carolina State University - B.A. Film Studies
• FAVORITE SPORT/TEAM: Hockey/ Carolina Hurricanes - My parents took me to lots of Hurricanes games growing up, I was even fortunate enough to be in the building to see the Canes win the 2006 Stanley Cup Championship. In my adult life I have dabbled in being an ice hockey goalie.
• PETS: My wife and I recently adopted a 3 year old cat named Rumi.
• HOBBIES: I try to grow as much of my own food as possible, and when I have the energy to stay up late I like to try my hand at astrophotography.
• FAVORITE VACATION SPOT: For me, nothing is better than a day sitting out on a beach somewhere.
• HIDDEN TALENT: Although I don't own a smoker, I can still make a mean rack of ribs.
